FAQ
-
How do I arrange a viewing?
You can book a viewing by filling out our contact form, sending us an email, or calling directly. We’ll work with you to find a time that suits your schedule.
-
What documents do I need to rent a property?
You’ll typically need proof of identity (passport or driving licence), proof of income or a guarantor, and recent address history. For student lets, we may also request proof of enrolment.
-
Are bills included in the rent?
This varies depending on the property. Some student properties have bills included in the monthly rent, while others are billed separately. We’ll always make this clear in the property listing.
-
How long is the tenancy agreement?
Most student lets run for 12 months, while residential tenancies may vary. We’ll discuss the tenancy length before you sign any agreements.
-
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required for all properties. This is held securely in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme and returned at the end of your tenancy, provided there’s no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
-
Do you rent to professionals as well as students?
Yes — while we currently focus on student lets, we also have properties suitable for working professionals and plan to expand this offering in the future.
